5SMS and WhatsApp Communications

If you submit an enquiry through our website or otherwise provide us with your mobile number, we may contact you by SMS text message and/or WhatsApp regarding your enquiry, including franchise information, follow-up messages, and appointment scheduling.

By providing your mobile number and consenting on our enquiry form, you agree to receive these messages. Message frequency will vary. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out of SMS or WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out will not affect any other communications you have agreed to receive from us, such as email.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to communicate with you about your enquiry with Ready Made Digital Ltd, and to operate the messaging service itself (see Section 7, Twilio).
